Bonjour macaron!
So this is it! I finally managed to make my own macarons. It was the second try and the main mistake I made first time, was that I didn't beat egg whites very well. Oh well, but that's how we learn, right?
There are billions of the recipes of macarons, but this one worked for me...

Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites, room temperature,
- 25 gramme sugar ( 6 teaspoons),
- 125 gramme almond flour,
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar.
- And I used Nutella chocolate for topping.
First, separate egg whites and beat it in the plastic or glass bowl. It's important to start from slow speed and gradually increase it after 2-3 minutes. As you go beating egg whites, slowly add 6 teaspoons of sugar, I added it spoon by spoon with no stop beating eggs.
It should be that dense and when you turn your bowl around, egg whites doesn't move.
Then slowly add mixed almond flour with sugar.
I like to use plastic bag, as you don't need to wash it in the end and it does the same job. Put your plastic bag in the cup and add there all your batter.
Make small hole and press out little round cookies. I counted to 5 while pressing on the bag with batter, so I managed to make them all the same size.
Set your macaroons on the tray for at least 15 minutes before cooking so they will harden up on the top. At the same time turn on your oven on 150 degrees C.
Cook in the oven for 13 minutes.
Get your Nutella of melted white chocolate for toping...
Enjoy with the tea of coffee and someone you love:)
