I just come back from work out (it was the ride class). And I feel like to share with you what I know about losing weight!:)
So.. for those who's goal is to lose weight & who keep struggling to achieve it, I have a few advices...
First of all, "take a break during your workout, not from it"! If you are the member of a gym, don't try to skip your work out! Use your gym more often, you pay money for it anyway! If you are not a member of a gym, so BE then, lol:P It's great, I have never regret about having opportunity to work out whenever I want!
Secondly, "make yourself proud"! It's very important to have a goal, when you start your work out. Do it with fun, but do NOT do it "just for fun".
My goal is to loose weight and stay fit, so I choose for myself a different classes (try one of them during the day)!
So, I have three groups of classes: cardio, stretch, weight lose classes.
Cardio classes. My favourite is step aerobic. Also I would call jogging, swimming cardio exercises too. It's great for keeping yourself fit! When you just start it, you will feel like you don't have enough breathing to do it, but in few weeks, you will see a huge difference! It makes your heart stronger!
Lose weight classes. It's a ride group for me! Riding bike it's great! Our legs have the biggest mussels and when you ride a bike, you lose a lot of calories! Also it's very fun! For an hour, you will "clime up on the hills", have a relaxing time just spinning and... will get sweat! Lol:P
And the last but not the list it's stretch classes!
Pilates & yoga I call stretch classes. It's great for people who have problems with their back, core, ets! But stretching is also very important for losing weight & keep your mussels in shape! It's awesome to have this classes in the end of the day, especially take your time and do some meditation after yoga class! It's SO relaxing, makes you feel good & beautiful ;)
By the way, regular yoga practice ups your brain's level of the calming chemical gamma - aminobenzoic acid (GABA)
Also, regular exercises helps you to rid out of acne and make your skin smooth and clean! Just don't forget to drink plenty of water!
As you see, there are a lot of potential to work with, just don't be lazy and MAKE YOURSELF PROUD! ;)
