The friend of mine recommended me very yummy avocado milkshake. I make it after (or before) my work out. Since it's very rich on protein!

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana;
  • 1 small soft avocado;
  • 1 tbs honey;
  • 1 cup milk.






Good idea to add some ice cream or crashed ice! But in my case I just use honey!;)


100% yum!
